The following partners recently contributed to Monticello programs. 

53/20 Neighborhood Association
Businesses, and public entities along Routes 53 and 20 (Monticello district) meet several times a year to discuss ways to improve relationships in the community.
Albemarle County Police Department
A.W.A.R.E. – (Always Watch and Recognize (your) Environment)- Campaign to help young people be aware of their surroundings.
Albemarle Heating and Air
ACE Mentor Program - Jason Campbell one of Monticello's ACE Mentors this year.
Barton Malow
Design/construction company; serves as ACE mentors; Putnam Ivey served as Lead ACE mentor.
CBIC - Cville Business Innovation Council
Advocate and catalyst for entrepreneurship and technology-based economic development-1 day Tech Tour event for students interested in Technology, science, engineering.
Green Adventure Project at Triple C Camp
Leads a canoe trip on the lake for Ecology students.
Jefferson-Madison Regional Library
Monticello High School is partnering with the JMRL in hosting JMRL’s Teen Advisory Board the first Tuesday of every month. We also participate together in the National Endowment for the Arts’ Big Read Program each year.
Jennifer Wells Meningitis Research Fund/Children's Hospital and Research Institute at Oakland (CHORI)
Girls Field Hockey and Lacrosse Club helps raise awareness and funds for Meningitis research.
Martha Jefferson Hospital
Provides opportunities for internships; allows Health and Medical Sciences Academy (HMSA) to visit and tour their facility; assists with HMSA curriculum.
MIT's Edgerton Center
Has partnered with Monticello to sponsor Southwood’s underwater ROV adventures and to provide electrical components and training to our inventors at the library’s Genius Bar.
Music Resource Center (MRC)
Helping develop a media arts independent study; allowing MoHS access to facility resources; collaboration with staff.
Piedmont Futures
Connecting Commerce to Classroom.
Project Discovery
Dropout prevention program, college access preparatory program.
Teaches a lesson in the cadaver lab annually for HMSA sophomores; assists with HMSA curriculum; course opportunities for HMSA and MHS students.
University of Virginia Admissions Office
Dean Gregory comes to talk with our AVID students about college.
University of Virginia Curry School of Education
University of Virginia Students tutor AVID students.
University of Virginia Law Day
The most important outing for Government students happens in January as a part of the Trial Advocacy College sponsored by the UVa Law School. Our students serve as jurors and interact with lawyers and judges in this once a year opportunity to get inside the judicial system and learn in real, hands-on ways.
University of Virginia Madison House Tutoring Program
Provides academic and personal support.
University of Virginia Medical Center
Provides opportunities for visits and tours at the UVa simulation lab; several opportunities for internships for HMSA students; lots of classroom presentations and lessons provided by physicians, nursing students, residents, and other medical professionals; assist with HMSA curriculum.
University of Virginia's Darden Business School
HS Interview and Luncheon Etiquette Workshop
Upward Bound
Assist college-bound high school students develop skills required to graduate from college.
Provides opportunities for internships; assists with HMSA curriculum, CBIC tech tour offered annually.
